"A look at modern creativity; a captivating sensorial exploration, a celebration of craftsmanship."
The Makers Project by The Balvenie was a true feast for the senses, offering visitors a deeply engaging journey into the world of whisky making.
Leveraging the Rain Oculus feature at ArtScience Museum, we designed and fabricated a model of the iconic bottle of The Balvenie - Single Malt Scotch Whisky, greeting visitors from afar as they step into the space.
Aimed at having visitors develop a heightened understanding and reverence for the art of craftsmanship that goes into each bottle of this renowned spirit, down to the start of distillery process, SPACElogic recreated the barley fields by hand-planting over 500 stalks of real, dried barley for the exhibition—transporting visitors to the Scotland fields.
Our team's technical proficiency was on full display as we also carefully handled and installed all artworks and structures within the exhibition, bringing the Makers' vision to life.
Through such captivating displays that blend form and function, visitors could enjoy the curated visitor experience and gain deeper understanding on the craft of whisky-making.
