Experience the harmonious blend of Flora and Traditional Taiwanese Art at the National Centre for Traditional Arts in Yilan, Taiwan. The Botanical Garden of Traditional Arts exhibition, curated by SPACElogic Taiwan in collaboration with the centre’s curators, explores the integral roles of plants in daily life, craftsmanship, and culture.

Inspired by botanical elements, the tree rings symbolise passage of time and the changes in plant growth, while elevation represents the diverse species and traditional crafts that are characteristic of Taiwan's varying altitudes.

"Modelled after the natural habitats of plants, the spatial design concept “Journey of Plants” guides visitors through a journey from mountains to plains, riverbanks to coasts. Bringing to life the vitality of plants and highlighting the interaction between flora and traditional arts."
