For J Trust Royal Bank, having robust physical touchpoints for customers are of utmost importance. One key design aim was to create a sense of warmth, comfort, and trust that permeates every aspect of the bank's newly renovated branches.
To ensure consistency throughout all branches, the design team took up a pivotal challenge of developing a comprehensive fit-out guideline for J Trust Royal Bank.
